Map the water path

Identify facility distribution, final filtration, substrate rinse, recirculation or tool point of use. The same water can require different format, area and connection choices at different positions.

Define the water-quality objective

State the relevant particle or cleanliness target, monitoring method, upstream condition and downstream process sensitivity. Do not infer suitability from membrane material alone.

Provide the operating envelope

Include normal and maximum flow, inlet pressure, allowable clean and change-out pressure drop, temperature, connection and installation envelope.

Set the acceptance method

Confirm the sample quantity, test method, required documents and pass/fail criteria before a formal recommendation.
