Electronic chemical filtration.

High-retention, high-flow and ultra-high-flow cartridge formats for electronic chemical production, final filtration and chemical delivery systems.

Map every filtration stage

Production prefiltration, recirculation, final filtration, packaging and facility CDS can have different particle loading, residence time, flow and cleanliness targets. A single cartridge specification should not be copied across every stage without review.

Use membrane area to solve the right constraint

High-flow and ultra-high-flow families provide different membrane-area and hydraulic options. Selection must use the actual chemical viscosity and clean-flow curve, not a water-flow assumption alone.

Choose the material structure with chemistry and cost together

All-fluoropolymer

PTFE membrane with PFA cage, end caps and support for compatible critical chemistry within the published family envelope.

Review PTFE/PFA construction and selection →

Semi-fluoropolymer

PTFE membrane with PP or HDPE cage and HDPE support for compatible duties requiring a performance and cost balance. Standard published maximum temperature is 60°C.

Data to include in an RFQ

Provide the chemical and SDS, viscosity, stage in the production flow, particle loading, target flow, allowable pressure drop, temperature, pressure, housing connection, validation target, annual volume and destination.

Flow curves and service life depend on chemistry, viscosity, particle loading and operating conditions. Water-flow screening must not be treated as a guaranteed process result.
