Engineered liquid filters
PTFE/PFA, semi-fluoropolymer, HDPE, nylon and POU families for electronic chemicals, wet process, lithography and selected CMP duties.
Compare 12 Zhongfu families →Made-in-China Zhongfu liquid filters and application-led supply support for memory, foundry, advanced packaging, electronic-material, equipment and high-purity process projects across South Korea.
South Korea combines leading semiconductor manufacturing with a dense materials, parts and equipment supply chain. Yongin and Pyeongtaek are important project-development areas, while Cheongju brings together memory and advanced-packaging supply requirements.
We focus on defined replacement, design-in and supplier-qualification opportunities where the customer can share an existing model or the process conditions that determine filter construction and validation.
International support is coordinated from Wuhan, China. This page does not imply a Zhongfu office, warehouse, inventory position or customer relationship in South Korea.
Zhongfu engineered products and application-matched sourced products retain separate identity, origin and evidence requirements.

Open the selection matrix →On 17 April 2025, South Korea's official policy briefing expanded planned fiscal investment for semiconductors from KRW 26 trillion to KRW 33 trillion. It included 70% national support for the corporate share of underground transmission-line costs serving the Yongin and Pyeongtaek clusters, and a Yongin mini-fab scheduled for 2025–2031 to give materials, parts and equipment suppliers a near-production validation environment. SEMI reported that SEMICON Korea 2026 was held in Seoul on 11–13 February with approximately 550 companies, more than 2,400 booths, more than 200 experts and over 30 conferences. Its technology programme explicitly covered advanced lithography, materials and process technology, plasma and etching, CMP and cleaning, and advanced packaging. Read SEMI's 10 February 2026 release.
Relevant screening routes include photoresist and developer filtration, wet etch and clean filtration, CMP slurry filtration, specialty-gas filtration and purification and the filter qualification checklist. The policy and event records provide market and qualification context only; they do not indicate a Zhongfu relationship, customer status, public tender or confirmed filtration requirement. Product identity, applicability, documents, availability and commercial terms are confirmed per model, project or enquiry.
A complete model or documented process condition gives the fastest technical start.
